Wednesdays thereafter at 6pm, please join me as we explore different modalities of breathwork aimed to realign, revitalize, reenergize and help manage our daily stresses.
By incorporating specific breath practices into our daily lives we take charge of our physiology. We become more in tune with our body and mind thus creating space for more presence and self awareness at the office, at home, in the water, on the field, etc.
