“Yoga Over 50 From the Ground up!” Have you wanted to learn yoga but not known how to start? This class is intended for adults over 50 who want to learn yoga in controlled nurturing environment. The class will focus on teaching the basics of breath, posture and alignment with the goal of making the student comfortable walking into any yoga class or practicing on their own. Each session will include: class work, posture (asana) practice, breathwork (pranayama) and discussion. Taught by 62 year old long term practitioner and teacher who learned from the ground up in India in 1977-78.
