Seeking increased energy, creativity and spiritual growth this year? Interested in dissolving "bad fat around the waist," as Guruji would say? Join Diana for an introduction to Intermittent Fasting and set your intention for a 30-day personal research project. Participants will explore how their body responds to 1 of 5 different types of Intermittent Fasting models over a month-long period. We will discuss the many health benefits of this intentionally-timed eating practice, as well as easy, user-friendly ways to stay committed over the 30 days. This learning opportunity will include both education and support from Diana and fellow participants, with optional weekly meet-up groups to share progress, challenges, and observed shifts (dates TBD).
